PMRT

DESCRIPTION

Purpose

Field trunk hose-type pipelines are designed for rapid delivery of oil, petroleum products, petroleum products, as well as water and process solutions at a distance of up to 200 km or more over rough terrain.

Spheres of application:

Duplication of trunk pipelines during their repair;
Construction of temporary process pipelines in oil fields, construction sites, mines, fields;
In the flooding systems in order to maintain reservoir pressure in oil wells;
Supply of oil from inaccessible fields;
Water and oil pipelines of exploration wells;
Temporary in-field pipelines for various purposes;
Drainage of deposits, construction sites, pits;
Restoration of drinking and domestic water supply in case of accidents in water supply networks;
Water supply for fire fighting;
Irrigation (water supply) of agricultural fields.

Materials

Heavy-duty reinforcing fabric base with double-sided polyurethane coating, equipped with quick-assembly connections of Camlock type.

Individual sections are produced up to 200 m long and are wound on coils. The diameter of the hose pipes of PMRT type is from 50 to 200 mm. Operating pressure is from 1.6 to 2.6 MPa.

Technical operating specifications:

Hose-type lines with the ground bus integrated in the shell are used for pumping of gasoline.
Coils with hose-type lines are installed on all-terrain or wheeled vehicles, which allow to build a pipeline of length of 200 km or more within few days and with minimal costs.
Special squeezing rolls on coils are used to clean the hose-type lines from the rest of the fluids, which helps to dismantle the hose lines in a short time and with minimal costs.

In March 2016, a field fuel storage facility of PSG-5000 type was commissioned at our mine, it consists of 20 elastic tanks of PER-250 type, with a total capacity of 5000 m³. The reason for the installation - the replacement of obsolete elastic tanks of type ArcticKingTank 125 m³ produced by SEIIndustries Ltd (Canada). Equipment and materials of PSG-5000 were delivered to the site in full completeness and in good condition. The kit takes into account everything, up to rags, and with sufficient stock. Installation supervision works on installation of tanks are organized at a high level, performed as soon as possible and efficiently, despite the harsh weather conditions. During the period of operation of the tanks, no deficiencies were identified.

In September 2014, LLC NPF "Politechnika" carried out for JSC "NNK-Taimyrneftegazdobycha" rapid delivery, deployment, installation and commissioning of a field fuel warehouse (PSG) with a capacity of 3000 m³. Thanks to the competent organization of installation works by the contractor, despite the severe weather and climatic conditions, the warehouse was prepared for acceptance of fuel in the shortest possible time. During the work process, the contractor's specialists not only participated personally in the installation, but also trained the employees of JSC "NNK-Taimyrneftegazdobycha" in order, features of operation and maintenance of tanks, unit acceptance, procedures for minor repairs of products. It is also necessary to note the ease of deployment of both the canopies and the tanks themselves (the elementary presence of metal rings on the canopies and the presence of welded handles on the tanks removes a lot of problems on their deployment). Such approach to the project also makes cooperation with NPF "Polytechnic" attractive in comparison with other similar manufacturers.

On February 2014, LLC Drilling Service Company purchased from the company NPF Politechnika LLC two sets of elastic reservoirs, PED-100N, with a total capacity of 2000 cubic meters. m for operation at the Khancheyskoye field in the Yamal-Nenetskiy Autonomous Okrug.
The supply of tanks by the company NPF “Politekhnika” was fully carried out and was done without violation of the stipulated deadlines with the provision of all related documentation.
