Purpose

Elastic tanks of PER-N-TM type produced by NPF "Politechnika" are used as emergency oil receiver for draining and storage of hot (up to +85°C) energy oils from power transformers during scheduled and emergency repairs of substations and separate transformer sections, at linear substations and other power supply facilities.

Materials

Soft tanks of PER-N-TM type are made of heavy-duty polyester fabric ballistic weave with double-sided polyurethane (TPU) or special polyvinyl chloride (PVC+TPU) coating. *

*All materials and components used in the elastic tanks of PER-N-TM type have passed mandatory and voluntary certification.

Advantages of elastic tanks produced by NPF "Politechnika"

Substantial savings. In comparison with alternative solutions – metal tanks and truck mounted tankers for oil storage, the cost of soft polymer containers is several times lower.
Guaranteed safety. Shell material provides strength, tightness and operability of products in the temperature range from -55°C up to +85°C. Connections and seals in the composition of PER-N-TM type tanks are made of silicone rubber resistant to high temperatures and chemical composition of transformer oils.
Versatility. Wide range of soft tanks with capacity from 1 m³ up to 50 m³ is suitable for different types of substations.
Increased reliability and durability. Soft tanks for transformer oil of PER-N-TM type are made of special high-strength polymer material and are not subject to climatic, chemical and other adverse effects.
Compactness. Unlike metal tanks, empty soft tanks do not require a storage space for stationary storage.
Quick assembly/disassembly - up to half an hour on an unprepared open area. It will take only 2-3 people to install the tank on site. Easy transportation to new location.
Easy transportation. Filled soft elastic tanks can be placed in collapsible frame and can be easily transported on highways and railways.
Long service life. Soft tanks for transformer oil will have service life not less than 25 years.

In March 2016, a field fuel storage facility of PSG-5000 type was commissioned at our mine, it consists of 20 elastic tanks of PER-250 type, with a total capacity of 5000 m³. The reason for the installation - the replacement of obsolete elastic tanks of type ArcticKingTank 125 m³ produced by SEIIndustries Ltd (Canada). Equipment and materials of PSG-5000 were delivered to the site in full completeness and in good condition. The kit takes into account everything, up to rags, and with sufficient stock. Installation supervision works on installation of tanks are organized at a high level, performed as soon as possible and efficiently, despite the harsh weather conditions. During the period of operation of the tanks, no deficiencies were identified.

In September 2014, LLC NPF "Politechnika" carried out for JSC "NNK-Taimyrneftegazdobycha" rapid delivery, deployment, installation and commissioning of a field fuel warehouse (PSG) with a capacity of 3000 m³. Thanks to the competent organization of installation works by the contractor, despite the severe weather and climatic conditions, the warehouse was prepared for acceptance of fuel in the shortest possible time. During the work process, the contractor's specialists not only participated personally in the installation, but also trained the employees of JSC "NNK-Taimyrneftegazdobycha" in order, features of operation and maintenance of tanks, unit acceptance, procedures for minor repairs of products. It is also necessary to note the ease of deployment of both the canopies and the tanks themselves (the elementary presence of metal rings on the canopies and the presence of welded handles on the tanks removes a lot of problems on their deployment). Such approach to the project also makes cooperation with NPF "Polytechnic" attractive in comparison with other similar manufacturers.

On February 2014, LLC Drilling Service Company purchased from the company NPF Politechnika LLC two sets of elastic reservoirs, PED-100N, with a total capacity of 2000 cubic meters. m for operation at the Khancheyskoye field in the Yamal-Nenetskiy Autonomous Okrug.
