Elastic tanks for water (PER-V series) produced by NPF "Polytechnica" are intended for storage and transportation of water (both drinking, and technical).

Elastic tanks of this type are widely in demand for both agricultural and industrial applications.

Field of application:

construction, industrial site, oil production facility - organization of permanent and temporary warehouses (stocks) of technical and drinking water;
delivery of technical and drinking water to facilities located in remote areas;
agriculture - delivery of industrial water for aqueous solutions of fertilizers and chemicals, as well as the creation of water reserves for irrigation at the farms or personal households;
extraordinary and emergency situations-organization of fire-prevention reservoirs and delivery of water to the centers of fire;

Advantages of elastic reservoirs produced by NPF "Polytechnica":

Significant cost saving. Compared with alternative storage systems for drinking and industrial water (metal and plastic tanks), the cost of elastic polymer tanks is several times lower.
Versatility. A wide range of capacity volumes - from 20 up to to 500 cubic meters - you can order the tank exactly to your needs and objectives. The company NPF "Polytechnica" also produces tanks of individual size upon the request of the Customer.
There are no restrictions on climatic conditions. Tanks can be used at relative humidity not more than 97-98% and at air temperature from -50°C up to +50°C.

Arctic version.
If necessary, elastic tanks can be used to store water at extremely low temperatures . For this purpose, the tank is additionally equipped with a special thermostating system, which consists of a heating electric canopy and a heat-insulating blanket made of a bubble film with a heat-reflecting coating.
Durability. Soft water tanks (PER-V type) are made of special high-strength polymer material and are not subject to climatic, chemical and other adverse effects.
Compactness. When folded, they have a very compact size and light weight. For example, the weight of the most capacious model - PER-120V - is only 235 kg.
Quick assembly/disassembly - only up to half an hour on the unprepared open area. It will take only 2-3 people to deploy the tank on site. Easy transportation to new location.
Easiness of transportation. Filled elastic tanks can be easily transported – they are adapted to the platforms of the trucks and trailers most commonly used in Russia (GAS, ZIL, MAZ).
Safety. The materials from which the tanks are made are chemically neutral, hypoallergenic and non-toxic.
High maintainability.If the tank is damaged, water is poured into the spare tank, which is especially important in the field conditions of use.

In March 2016, a field fuel storage facility of PSG-5000 type was commissioned at our mine, it consists of 20 elastic tanks of PER-250 type, with a total capacity of 5000 m³. The reason for the installation - the replacement of obsolete elastic tanks of type ArcticKingTank 125 m³ produced by SEIIndustries Ltd (Canada). Equipment and materials of PSG-5000 were delivered to the site in full completeness and in good condition. The kit takes into account everything, up to rags, and with sufficient stock. Installation supervision works on installation of tanks are organized at a high level, performed as soon as possible and efficiently, despite the harsh weather conditions. During the period of operation of the tanks, no deficiencies were identified.

Thanks to the competent organization of installation works by the contractor, despite the severe weather and climatic conditions, the warehouse was prepared for acceptance of fuel in the shortest possible time. During the work process, the contractor's specialists not only participated personally in the installation, but also trained the employees of JSC "NNK-Taimyrneftegazdobycha" in order, features of operation and maintenance of tanks, unit acceptance, procedures for minor repairs of products. It is also necessary to note the ease of deployment of both the canopies and the tanks themselves (the elementary presence of metal rings on the canopies and the presence of welded handles on the tanks removes a lot of problems on their deployment).
